OWS Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including automotive shops, dealerships, and fleet operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or engine oil industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

OWS Office Admin

*Responsibilities:*
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Timely processing of orders and delivery.
- ⁠Maintain contact lists and handle requests and queries from salespersons.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate office procedures and manage office communications.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
